I am in year 12 and I'm considering applying there. Is it a good place to study? Is it in the city or just outside? Is accomodation guaranteed for first years? I live in Huntsville, AL. I am very interested in starting culinary school to get a degree. The two closes schools for me are Culinard by Virginia College in Birmingham, AL and Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, GA. I'm 95% sure that I'll be going to Culinard. In the book The Watsons go to Birmingham, the church in Birmingham is bombed. Does anyone know if this actually happened?
